I too made another reservation as I thought it was due to the fact the web site has been acting up the past few days. I called the reservations line while at the airport and they confirmed that I had two reservations .

As for the Hotel, it is a nice Hotel. Now only if it was next to the Westin in Santa Clara!. I was 'upgraded' to a business suite. Nice suite. Asked for and got the 500 points. The person at the front desk said that is what everyone seemed to be getting. She was asking if I was sure I didnt want anything else. The person said that there were better rooms then the one I was upgraded too but I dont find much wrong with this room.

A fortune cookie was next to the bed and it said 'stay as long as you can'.

Once again, nice place. Clean rooms. Too bad it is far away from where I need to be.
