The GCM counts this as 29,279 miles. The cutoff for a YRWSTAR1 is 29,000. Thus, as is, you'd have to pay for 34,000 (YRWSTAR2). You'll therefore probably want to either trim a little, or flesh it out to get full advantage out of what you're paying for.
