Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 9700: Opera/9.80 (BlackBerry; Opera Mini/5.1.22303/22.414; U; en) Presto/2.5.25 Version/10.54)

Including baec. December I was booked with aa from jfk-ind-ord and after filing a claim over a month ago still no tps (pnr was noted by aa res to get tps as it was a invol weather rerouting).
With the snow chaos, had to book my own outbound (not ba'4 direct fault but they could of rebooked me on lh nonstop instead of not helping. Plus no gold line number, on hold for hrs, etc)
and just took iah-lhr wt+ mfu to cw. No tps so another claim I have to file.

And dealing with the poland (actually not even in poland) baec centre is just sad. It takes them forever to do anything, booking a ticket is just awful (took many calls between ba pl ticketing and baec to book a mfu ticket).

I really hope I can resolve the issues (plus comp for the snow thing) or I might have to change carriers. It shouldn't be this much work to get the tps credited as a gold. Heck, a3 took 2 weeks with no status, ua is within a week. Why does it take ba so long?
