I am thinking that the supervisors are clueless, because I have been given different reasons as to why it has not worked.
FOr example last time I booked jfk-dca-dfw-yyc the first time I was told I'd need 60k because it was not the most direct route, the second time I was told that it is not possible because it was not advertised route(it was), third time they insisted on charging me $20, and the 4th time it went by sooo smooth like in 5 mins booked the flight.
I really have no idea why BA does not have its act together...
