It won't be a loss to the brand, IMO, and I'd rather have a Hilton Brussels City buffet breakfast than forage in an "executive" lounge.
The Antwerp Hilton has an executive lounge, correct? How is its breakfast? On my first stay I have one award night and one "Any Weekend" night, so I suppose for the paid night at least I'll have the choice of lounge or restaurant.
