I wasn't sure whether 90 mins was sposed to be being suggested as a long time
I have made bookings with AA for such tickets and had the itinerary made quite quickly but do then need to wait 24-48 hours for it to be assessed and taxes calculated before being able to pay for it.
For the whole itinerary , including paying for it, that does seem like a not too unreasonable time ( unless it was a trivially simple itinerary )
