Defective seat in long-haul J -- chance of compensation?
Just flew NRT to YVR in J. The J cabin was full and the leg rest on my seat did not work (so I could not switch seats). The purser did her best to help and ended up making a little platform for my legs out of various bags & blankets.
Nevertheless, my flight was not as comfortable as it should have been. Has anyone complained and received compensation on AC for this type of thing? Suggestions?
