I think instruments with tickets have to ride in a bulkhead row and not between any passenger and the aisle or exit, but they are pretty rare travelers. DL says so on their site. CO's site is not specific, although it does explain later on the page the quantity of Zamzam water that can be checked as free baggage (10 liters). That truly must qualify as trivia.
