Rubbish. Most of us who use the sleeper service regularly love it for the amount of sleep you can get on board. It's possible to sleep from just after takeoff to the 40 minute call, doze until landing at 6am at LHR and then do a full day's productive work on arrival (having had a shower and breakfast at T5 before heading into London).
Attempting to deliver a full CW dinner service would piss off the majority of the cabin who are just trying to sleep when leaving the US East Coast or Middle East.
