Did you try reserving the Four Points in Jaipur with cash and points online instead of calling in? I'm able to get to the final page before completing the reservation without any problem.
I got to the final page, but then when I went to complete the reservation I kept getting an error message that said they were upgrading there system and to call to make a reservation. I tried several times throughout the day and got the same message.
