I flew out of Shanghai a week ago. There are lounges for business and first class passengers in the mezzanine, close to the gates. I'm not sure who operates them; when you check into the appropriate class, the agent should provide a coupon to get into the lounge. Food was pretty good, sandwiches, fruit, noodles, beer and wine. There is a shower. First class appeared to offer a slightly wider variety of food but was otherwise indistinguishable.
