Am I taking a risk in book Seats 16A&B on a 767-200?

Flying to Athens from EWR with my wife for a big anniversary in October. Presently, we're booked in Y but waitlisted for BF upgrades using SWUs. We're now in Seats 19A&B which are ok. However, Seats 16A & 16B are available which, if we don't get upgraded, are the seats I would prefer. But they are bassinet location seats. If we book them can we be bounced if someone comes along with a baby? How likely is it that they would bounce two Plat Elites Thanks in advance. And can anyone hazard a guess if we're likely to be upgraded?
