Hello TheAirman

I am writing to confirm that you have a reservation on XX/XX/2011 at the Hyatt Regency Auckland. It will however as of midnight on the 21st of January no longer be a Hyatt Hotel and will become a Pullman hotel under the ACCOR brand.

Your reservation will be honoured and all conditions will remain the same with the exception of Hyatt’s loyalty programme - Gold Passport . You will no longer be able to accrue points at this hotel past the changeover date.

From a guest perspective it will be business as usual with the exception of the Gold Passport programme during this transitional period.

We would like to thank you for supporting Hyatt Regency Auckland and hope to see you again soon at any one of our Hyatt properties globally.

For further information on Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, please visit www.hyatt.com or for customer service please call 1 402 592 6465.

Yours sincerely
