I booked award trip back last August 2010 for travel in June 2011.
Routing SFO-LHR(stop) -NCE// NCE-LHR-SFO.
Today I went to change LHR-NCE leg (in Club Europe) for a few days and BA.com kindly asked for $186.xx additional fee/taxes. That was a surprise. I did not make the change.

If I assume this is APD increases and fuel surcharge increases, will I still have to pay on the day of travel?
