I have been to the new 4 points. Very nice and the suites (plat. upgrade) was excellent with 2 bathrooms...location was not so good but that depends on what you are looking for. I was a tourist and they did run a bus to and from the airport and also city centre (although my wife and I were the only ones on it) each day in early Dec. Have not been to any other Rome hotels so can not compare.
