I'm having trouble with these properties as well, in particular the Sheraton Rajputana Palace. The lowest standard rate calendar on the spg website says that standard rooms are available (the same room the OP listed that goes for 9,999 INR). Yet, when I call in to make the reservation they say that there are no free nights and they can't tell what a standard room is so they can't book it as an award. This makes absolutely no sense to me-- if the spg website itself says that standard rooms are available, then why can't I book it?

Then, I then tried to book cash and points at Four Points in Jaipur-- website shows it available but then when I call in to make the reservation, the agent can't see any availability. Is the system malfunctioning or something?
