No it's still available. Use the Availability Calendar option, use code 50SUITE, and make sure you change the room type to either Masquerade or Cari whatever the room is called i don't remember lol. Then you'll see all the dates that are available. Or just go http://www.mycheapvegas.com/hotels/o...rio-all-suite/, easier that way.
