I have just arrived in CHC on SQ297 which returns to SIN as SQ298.
Bulkhead Rows 11 and 12 have a lot of space in front of them. (Not sure about 16 as I didn't go into the second cabin).
On a full flight seats D and F will give unimpeded access to the aisle where there would be difficulty with non bulkhead rows seats A and K when passenger in C or H was sleeping.
