I just checked out from a 3 night work stay at this very hotel. No concierge lounge. As Platinum I got free breakfast in the hotel restaurant (well, I could have, but conference offered breakfast too). Don't know if this is applicable to golds. Silver co-worker did not get breakfast. Other than that, didn't notice any benefits...
