I've never really had a problem with the Enrich programme but I've only started to use it more over the past 3 years. My only gripe was missing miles but I've found a solution for that. I find that redemption prices for premium seats is very good compared to other programmes I'm with. I love the fact that you can redeem companion tickets in business and first class. A full ticket in business costs 145000 points from SYD to LHR and a companion ticket in business only costs 116000. Compare that with Qantas who charges 256000 miles for a business class ticket on the same route with no option for discouted companion redemtions. SQ also charges exorbitant prices for a redemtion ticket in premium classes.

As for priority boarding not being honoured for elite members when travelling in Economy, I've almost always heard elite members being included in the call for First/Business class passengers whenever I've travelled but I'll have a chance to test that out this year, as I've only travelled in Business with them since qualifying for Silver last year. When I'm in Economy, I always make sure I queue up and board early, as I only travel with hand luggage. My bag is the maximum allowed size, so I really need it to be placed in the overhead locker.
