That is slightly conflicting advice as since there are no J seats in the first place you can't MFU!

If you have 150,000 miles, use them plus a companion ticket to book two of you in First class (you can then all be guested into the concorde room at heathrow and first lounge at vancouver), then pay for the others to go in WT or WTP if you're feeling generous!
