OORR certainly does have what the OP is looking for (i.e. overwater with pool) but at probably 3-4x the price of the 'standard' overwater with pool at the FSLG or at the Beach House. I do not believe any of the water villas at RR (not the grand water villas) have pools.
Of course, one can get a standard beach villa at OORR with a pool and they are fantastic.
Note the 'very manicured' look at OORR, which some people seem to hate (but I loved).
