Don't know about extremes (highest / lowest loads)

I am sure EK is making a ton on DXB-TIP route (no competition besides QR which isn't daily unlike EK).

Other obvious routes are DXB-SIN, DXB-BKK, DXB-LHR, DXB-YYZ all of which have strong upper class demand.
