Sorry about your troubles but I've been a cardholder and haven't experienced these issues. Thank you for posting the links. I'm still not sure that is proof enough. It looks more like its a small subset of people experiencing issues either with opening too many cards or business cards. As for the points issues, I think if you research Citibank and Chase you will also find people who had to fight for their sign up bonuses.

Again, good to know not everyone has the same experience!
