I've seen the OWBs at the Beach House and they are very nice. But you get a much more spacious villa and a bigger pool (and more privacy) if you stay on land. That includes a beach sala for your villa.

Totally OT but... all things considered I prefer beach villas generally. (And that one on KH looks very alluring, HaydenFive!) I like having the shade of plants - it creates a delicious sense of a cool haven from the brutal midday sun. OWBs feel more relentlessly exposed to the sun beating down on them.
