Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? No, there was only one agent boarding, the other was busy at the desk -- one person cut to the front of the line and was handled by the same agent but I'm not comfortable doing that.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? We were on-time

Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes but it was reset losing just as the ads were finishing and didn't work again until we were in the air.
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? n/a
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? No newspapers, menus were distributed but meal "orders" weren't taken until we were airborne where I was informed the menu was in error and there was only one choice of meal, no pancakes.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes

How was the quality of all the meals? The omelette is pretty awful.

I missed the priority boarding and the choice of meal. The FA didn't really offer any explanation, claiming the menu was in error
