Not sure if you were making an
illustration for what a newbie might think or actually saying you think this yourself, but I just wanted to clarify for you and anyone reading: being a moderator (and a member of TalkBoard, for that matter) is strictly volunteer. The bolded name is about the only thing a moderator gets in exchange for some often hard and thankless work.
