I am underwhelmed by 2.0 but I expected to be. What irks me more is the soon-to-vanish ability to use Southwest credits for any traveler, not solely the traveler for which the flight was initially booked. That seems like a silly move just to annoy frequent SW flyers. After all, we (SW customers) are the ones juggling the bookkeeping as it relates to managing the credits.
I suggested in the RR 2.0 thread that you use your points to book trips for relatives who travel infrequently. Unused flights then return to the common points bank. No bookkeeping hassle at all.
