What irks me more is the soon-to-vanish ability to use Southwest credits for any traveler, not solely the traveler for which the flight was initially booked. That seems like a silly move just to annoy frequent SW flyers. After all, we (SW customers) are the ones juggling the bookkeeping as it relates to managing the credits.

And I just booked a ORF-LAS flight yesterday and noticed that they dropped their non-stop flight (again)...
