Welcome to FT, pom57. I am not expert on SQ, but I believe that Germans are prety strong on regulations, so I am positive you will have to deplane and take everything with you in MUC. The general rule is that if you have to deplane, you must also take everything with you. I am not too familiar with MUC, so not sure if it is worth of going to lounge, but would say probably not.
I also believe that since you are arriving from outside of EU, you will need to go through security screening and you will be subject to liquid limitation rules...
