I assume 3 days means that you'll be in T.O. for 2 nights. The Lakeshore is priced at around 129 USD, the Westin at around 169 USD, and the Parkway around 105 USD. At two nights that could mean over 100$ in savings by choosing the Lakeshore over the Westin. I'm not sure if that means anything to you.
At a 20$ difference I wouldn't stay outside of the downtown area (i.e. Parkway), if I had a family along and if you really want to do downtown things (e.g. Skydome) because the gas for your return trips to the hotel and the parking will eat away any savings.
On the other hand, you can cut costs further by staying at a non-Starwood property, but . . . oops, shouldn't mention that on this forum . . . It slipped, Mr. Starwood, honest !! . . . Ahhhhh . . .
Of course, depending on the dates that you will be in T.O. the rates might be all different. Let us know, what kind of rates you're coming up with if you like, and perhaps we can make a better judgement.
