Yes you can. I just did this today. Select your flight and when you go in the pay page, add the certificate. First it will take you on your certificate page and then you have to clikc add, or something like that on the bottom right. Then you have to put the certificate number and the name exactly as it is listed on that certificate. Very easy and straightforward.
