I can't vouch for them, but here are the simple directions found on the hotel's Driving Directions page:
"Depart the airport and turn right. Follow the signs for Phillipsburg and bare left on the main road when approching the pond. Proceed approximately 4 miles and and begin following the signs for Dawn Beach."

Full disclosure: I haven't been there.

Seems like simple directions, but be sure to get a map from the rental agency - there are a lot of roads that will send you into dead end ghetto if you don't know where you are going.

If $ is no expense I'd just as soon take a taxi to/from the hotel and rent a car there as needed. Be careful and know your route when driving at night and don't stop for anyone.
