I'd say, if cost is not an issue, book yourself a RTW SKyteam ticket in J. Go to town(s) and earn 150% MQM with each segment. Might not be enough for PM, depending on routing, but you'd have a good time getting there.

Otherwise, a couple of US-SIN or US-SYD or US-JNB turns will get you there as well!
