You could always try:
1) Enter the club with the first set of credentials. Bring in two guests.
2) Leave the club.
3) Wait a few minutes.
4) Put on a disguise.
5) Enter the club with the second set of credentials. Bring in two quests. ^

It might work better in EWR or IAH to:
6) Enter the first club with the first set of credentials. Bring in two guests.
7) Leave the club
8) Enter the second club with the second set of credentials. Bring in two guests.
