I'm trying to book reward travel on the Continental site. But when I put in 1 traveler vs. 2 travelers I get an entirely different set of flights. Is that normal? I've been trying to call the One Pass reservation number for over a week (does anyone have the One Pass Plus Concierge number...I can't find it posted anywhere on Chase or Continental's site), but their automated message says they won't take phone calls because of the storm 11 days ago.
