Want to give a quick report on an outstanding experience I just had with a Platinum Concierge (I unfortunately didn't get her name... ****!).

Travelling to Berlin on business next month and my wife is flying over at the end of the trip for a little R&R. Realized I have enough points for some free nights at the Westin Grand, but wanted to nest a free weekend in the middle of our stay. Gave a call to *wood, and a wonderfully friendly concierge worked her magic to nest the free weekend between some free "point" nights. When the computer came up with only single rooms being available for the duration she made a quick call to Berlin and got us confirmed into a junior suite. Upgraded in advance. AND she apologized for putting me on hold while calling Germany!
