They are Arabic perfumes, not something i would find easily in Europe or the US. what are the restrictions on this at Frankfurt airport, if any?
thank you.
Normally you need to make sure, that they pack the perfume in the ICAO tamper-evident sealed bags and that the receipt is visibly placed in the pouch and that it is readable.
But this rule seems only to be valid for goods bought in EU-Airports or on board EU registered aircrafts...
See here:
Duty-free items which have been purchased at airports within the EU or aboard aircraft registered in the EU, on Lufthansa flights for example, may be carried on board in a sealed bag, provided that they are accompanied by a receipt dated the same day (this does not apply on code-share flights). The items must be sealed on purchase by one of the sales staff.

So to be safe, your purchase must meet the carry on regulations:
* Containers with liquids and similar products may contain up to 100 millilitres (the printed maximum quantity applies)
* All containers must be carried in a transparent resealable plastic bag (e.g. a so-called "zip-lock") with a maximum capacity of one litre
* One bag per person
* The bag must be presented separately at the security check
Only then you will be fine.
