I would caution using Verizon to make debit card transactions. I have a bank account that gives high interest if one makes 12 debit card transactions a month like it is a credit card transaction. It used to work perfectly, however a few months ago, Verizon started posting it as a ATM/PIN based type transaction and I lost one month's interest.
