A friend from Ireland was contacted by the person who runs Comedy Pimp, which apparently runs a few venues (The British Club on Bukit Tinggi Road, TAB on Orchard Road, Stereolab at Pan Pacific, and The Hollandse on Camden Park), about doing a gig there. He's wondering what the places/crowds are like.
Might also be known as The Comedy Club Asia, though their website is thecomedypimp.com
Has anyone been there or can provide some info about it?

My info is way old, and probably generalisation, but the British Club AFAIK was effectively a replacement for British members of The Tanglin Club (still going strong) when it became too multi-racial for some. So expect it to be very, well, British.
The Dutch (Hollandse) Club has been at Camden Park for at least 40 years, and, well, those Dutch are a little wild and crazy.
They are both private clubs, unsure what provision they might have for any non-member just wanting to attend a comedy gig.
