You should see something like this:
12/20/2010 Debit Card Transaction
C A* WALGREENS #4141 LAU 12/17C A* WALG $0.34
The C A* depicts it being miles-earning transaction, i.e. CREDIT CARD TYPE transaction.
Need to have this C A *, else it is not the type needed to avoid monthly fee.
