Actually, I did go and investigate your claim, even frugal guys banner advertising AMEX SPG (which I assume generates a referral for him) only links to a 10,000 only offer (despite saying 25K on his site). Perhaps at one time it did go to a 25K offer, but, as of this very second that is not the case.
