Tripadvisor reviews are mixed, even discounting first-timers and guests with special issues. Personally, I avoid Rodeways because they're always, IME, located in dodgy surroundings. You can't beat the price, but I'm guessing you can beat the rest of the experience. I think it all comes down to how fastidious and lucky you are.

Hopefully, someone here will have seen the place and where it's situated. I'm betting not many of us have stayed or would stay there. You might try asking on the Budget Travel forum. Florida forum is too quiet to hope for an answer.
