I am a very recent Platinum member. The Starwood Platinum benefits includes "Access to the Executive level when staying at Westin Hotels even when not staying on the Executive level floor[s]."
From what I can tell, the Essex House does not have an Executive level [am I correct?].
Is there a substitute such as breakfast coupons provided instead?
