Last week I stayed at Sheraton SFO before
early morning flight to NRT. 180 degree
change on everything. First you now get to
pay for parking as w/ many other SFO area
hotels. At check in nothing as Platinum.
Lounge closed. Had to ask for voucher.
Given one and had to go back for another
(w/ friend). No amenity choice offered.
Had to ask for this also. Lousy room.
First room occupied w/ someones luggage.
Second room same lousy format. Breakfest
still very good. Voucher only for cont.
breakfest. Pay difference. Now staying at
another hotel property. Pass on Sheraton
SFO.
