The first few rows have a few extra inches of seat pitch, but they are 3-3. Intra-Europe flights in biz class leave the middle seat unoccupied on both sides.
Also, the width is a standard economy... Other airlines who leave the middle seat empty (or fix a little table on it which is a good idea) at least move the arm rests so that you have more space. I wasn't impressed with the IB seats at all (I flew about one week ago on their A319 in C)
