Not sure if you have already started your trip but I would like to warn you the bus can take more than 2 hours depending if it hits rush hour traffic. My flight arrived at 3:30PM and immigration took a long time so by the time I got on the bus we hit major rush hour traffic. Had the same problem returning to NRT but it was not rush hour; bus left the hotel at 11AM and we arrived NRT a little after 2:30PM. I would not hesitate to take the train for my future Tokyo visits although the bus is door-to-door service.
