I just qualified as a 2P last week for the first time. I thought it was strange that I didn't receive any "Welcome to Premier" or "Thanks for your business" emails from United. I just logged in to United.com and saw that I am listed as Premier.

I realize my 25k isn't a big deal compared to most members of FT and don't expect a parade or dancing girls (but I will accept the dancing girls if offered).

Is there any information that I should have received from United or should request? Membership card? New member promotions? Instructions on how to be more awesome?

Just surprised they forgot that little things like a thank-you help people feel like they are welcome and their business is appreciated.
