did you call and cancel before the flight departure? If not, there is no residual value -- just a reservation record that needs to cleaned up and removed.

Just noticed the fare is "REFUNDABLE" and purchase date was Feb 13, 2010, so there may be some remaining value. Depends on how UA computes the remaining (refundable) value.
