After reading people's reviews from after my stay in early October, it seems that the Equinox just doesn't have it together. This property could be a FABULOUS resort, but they are just too rough around the edges where it counts. For the lady who didn't receive a room till 5, I understand your frustration. If this was a Four Points near Detroit Metro Airport, that's one thing. It's way different when you are paying a huge premium and planning on starting your vacation at a particular time. Equinox has difficulty understanding this. Service is lacking all-around. Wish they would get it together.
